ROCKY MOUNTAIN CHAPTER FALL BOARD MEETING will be held on Thursday, October 21, 2010 at the Three Bear Lodge in West Yellowstone, Montana. 

ALL  MEMBERS ARE INVITED TO ATTEND.  Tentative agenda includes:

  • Overview of 2010 National Congress - congress attendees
  • House of Delegates Report - Steve King and Bill Enright
  • Consider combining the Fall 2011 Chapter Board meeting with the National Congress in Denver, September 18-21, 2011 - Steve King
  • Update on By-Law change - has National approved?  Steve King
  • Committee updates including but not limited to: 
  • Scholarship -  Ryan Salisbury wrap up; Kurt Thomson, new Chair
  • Membership, including report on booth at Montana League of Cities & Towns  - Brian Hensel
  • Past President - Ryan Leland

You can view the Three Bear Lodge's general website at http://www.threebearlodge.com/.  A block of rooms have been set aside at the Three Bear Lodge for October 20 and 21, Room rates are $75 plus 10% tax and $1.00 tourist tax.  The block of rooms will be held at this rate until October 15. They will also honor these room rates 2 days prior and 2 days after these dates, so if you’re looking to spend some time in the area, this is a very good rate for West Yellowstone.
